It is important to insure your jewelry against unexpected loss, damage, or mysterious disappearance and it's important to understand your coverages. It's always best to speak with your insurance agent before completing an important jewelry or watch purchase. At times your insurance company may require appraisal updates.

Terms & Conditions of ServiceThe below terms and conditions are between you (“Client”) and MRA International, Inc. d/b/a Diamond Vault, its employees, and its agents (“Company”).
DESCRIPTIONS & VALUESClient warrants that the description and estimated value of the article(s) listed on the reverse side of the service ticket are correct. If no estimated value is listed, the total value of the article(s) will be collectively limited to $100. Company is not responsible for comprehensive identification and condition verification at the time of receipt.
LIMITATIONS OF MATERIALS & WORKMANSHIPThe work described on the service document may result in damage, whether direct or indirect, including, but not limited to, special, consequential, punitive or incidental damages, to the article(s), during or following service, which shall be performed solely at the Client’s request. While article(s) are in its possession, the limit of responsibility for any damage or loss to article(s) will be limited, unless noted elsewhere, to the actual cost of further repair or replacement. Company will in no way be responsible for treated diamonds, fracture-filled diamonds, treated gemstones, or other unstable materials, about which Company has not been made aware or Company has discovered during repair or cleaning processes. Any damage or loss for which Company is liable and not covered by the aforementioned limitations will be limited to actual cost to repair or replace article(s) and shall not exceed the listed estimated value.
WATCH REPAIRSDiamond Vault guarantees watch repairs on the internal mechanism for one (1) year when all recommended services are performed. The guarantee covers only the originally-performed labor and excludes any further repairs or parts. The guarantee may be void if there is indication of damage caused by impact, magnetic fields, abnormal vibrations, or loss of performance due to lack of wear. Watch batteries are guaranteed for a period of one (1) year. Specialized installation may incur an additional fee.
SPECIAL ORDERS & CUSTOM ORDERSSpecial Orders, Custom Orders and other altered jewelry purchases are not returnable or exchangeable. These types of orders by definition include non-inventory purchases, created items, and inventory items altered at Client’s request.
UNCLAIMED ITEMS DISCLOSURE
Upon the completion of services, Client will be notified via the contact information given to Company by Client. If Client does not claim article(s) within 60 days of notification, Company disclaims all responsibility for the loss or damage of article(s) and will sell the article(s) to recoup labor, material, and operational costs related to the service.
Terms & Conditions of Sale
Items may be returned for store credit or exchange within 14 days. THERE ARE NO REFUNDS. All items returned or exchanged must be unworn with original tags and/or protective seals. Sales are final on services as well as altered, custom, or special order items.
The layaway period is 90 days. Required payments are as follows: 25% down, 25% due 30 days, 25% due 60 days, final 25% due 90 days. Any and all payments are NONREFUNDABLE. Sales are final on altered, custom, or special order items.
All trade-ins are considered immediate payment and are not reversible.
When you upgrade your diamond purchased from Diamond Vault, you will receive the full purchase price as an exchange toward another diamond at least twice the original purchase price. Only the diamond may be exchanged; however, the mounting(s) or setting(s) may be valued for credit at Diamond Vault's discretion. Diamond(s) must be free of any damage and accompanied by original certificates in good condition.
CLEANING & INSPECTION
Complimentary maintenance inspections and cleanings are available on all jewelry purchased from Diamond Vault. We recommend fine jewelry be inspected at least every four months. Complimentary polishing and rhodium plating are available annually for qualified items.
Complimentary insurance appraisals are available on request for purchased items valued over $500.
Diamond Vault warrants new and pre-owned watches to be void of defects in materials or workmanship of the internal mechanism for one (1) year. The warranty does not cover wear and tear, accidental or cosmetic damage, underperformance due to lack of wear, nor water or moisture intrusion. The warranty may be void if there is indication of damage caused by impact, magnetic fields, or abnormal vibrations.
Diamond Vault in no way guarantees the water resistance of any watch. A pressure test can be performed to determine water resistance at the moment of testing only and does not guarantee future resistance.
COLORED STONE DISCLAIMER
Unless otherwise stated, all gemstones may have been subject to stable and undetected enhancement process(es).
All estate jewelry is sold as-is. Estate jewelry is previously owned jewelry that has been inspected and refurbished by Diamond Vault. Since the original manufacturer, repair history, and jewelry usage cannot be determined, Diamond Vault does not guarantee the item in any way.
